The "Birds of a Feather" LFG thread

My in-game name is "Ian Righteous" W/Mo20, ascended and fused. Currently working on a Mo/Mes named "Princess Garnet" (Pre-Searing).

While I am getting better at typing while fighting, I'm still not too good at it, so please don't be offended if it takes a little while for me to get back to you. I much prefer having a plan and using teamwork over rushing all over and aggroing every creature in a three mile radius. I also have and use Teamspeak since it's infinitely better than in-game chat.

IGN: Santa Clause, Mrs Clause

Santa Clause is a W/Mo who already beat the game mostly with henchies because the reasons in the first post. I move arround my skills points a lot but I always carry Full Res, Mending (+4 health regen), Some healing spell (Healing Breeze, Heal Party, Orsion, or Heal other) and Increased attack rate skill for the +15% damage while in a stance. Still need to explore some areas but some of the later areas are difficult with henchies.

Mrs Santa is a Ele/Me who just went to post searing last night. Just cleaned house in pre-searing getting a bunch more loot than the first trip with santa (6 dyes 2 plat Vs. 1 dye 0.5 plat did all quests both times)

I have been playing in PUGs for a month now and have yet run into a single goup that discussed team strategy or skill usage (and doing that BEFORE leaving town - what a concept!)

I'd like to have a list of friends that know what they're doing.. for instance i've just tried last nite, the auroura glade mission for the 3rd time and these jackasses would NOT listen to my strategy, even though i told them 3 times.. for the love of god, we just need one person to stay and hold the alter so we can go do bonus.. *sigh*

I'm looking you up tonight. Just tried that mission last night too, and even though my PUG was surprisingly good, we had no idea what we were doing and lost when the Mantle got the teleporter.

I love it! That list is a bullseye for how I am. Usually peeps get ticked when I want to talk stratagy, and "hold" them up. I usually am playing either alone, or with a few of my guildmates. Mainly due to the problems already discussed. Also, some quests I like to do myself just for fun. However, I do enjoy a good team who works together and communicates!

Currently playing the Monk and am getting ready for the Aroura Glade Mission. Smitting/Healing Monk with attribs of 12 Smite/11 Heal/11 Devine. Have been doing most of this with another Guild mate, and filling out the other slots with henchies...they certainly know how to follow a called target.........
