Is there a way we could have people announce a collectors item?
I just find it kind of annoying that some people sell "Godly pwn Fire artifact!11!!one!"
You know the one, 4 Decayed Orr emblems to the guy outside of Gates of kryta gives
+8 energy
+1 fire magic (20% chance)
+30 hp
And I beleive there is also one like it with +12 energy

I just find that annoying and am wondering if people would announce a collectors item because having something you could get for 120gold sell for 5000 just doesn't seem right. Just my rant

They need a patch that makes the colors of Collector's items... red or something.

ya same here i bought a hammer that did 19-35 dmg with +15% dmg while enchanted for 5k and then the guy who slod it to me was like loser i got for a trader

there's also a crimson carapace shield that's going around i think. 16 def, req 9 tactics, +45 health while in stance, -2 received damage while in a stance. i saw someone bid 6K for that shield.

I just have a rule that I never... NEVER... buy blue items with any max mods. If it looks too good to be true and its blue, its a collectors item. Just stick with golds and purples, guys.

why do you care if its collectors or not, its the damage and mods that you should care about, not where the seller got it. its like saying no, a hydra dropped it and i only want items from drakes. It makes no sense to me, just my 2 cents.

Well you can't really show off collectors items, and the whole thing is people don't want to waste 10k and then find out they could get themselves for 1k.

i understand that but i mean your paying for their time finding the items for the collector, either way your getting the mods you want so id much rather pay 5k then 50k+ for the same sword.

Alright then, well for most you can just go to the town nearest to the collector and scream out "Buying ____!" and people will sell to you for cheap... but if you don't know where the collector is and you don't care about how cool your weapon is, buying a collectors item is for you

no need, i already have good enough weapons just trying to make a point for others who want good weapons but are afriad off getting "scammed" for buying a collectors.
