Is there a bug/hack that would allow another player to steal all your gold during a trade?
A member of my guild was trading with another player and paid them the requested price for an item only to find that all of his gold in storage had been taken....
???? Anyone ever heard of this before?
Thx

Sounds like a trade hack, though I don't think they'd be able to take anything except what it offered. Usually, from what I've experienced, trade hacks usually just put up the picture of the item, and it looks real and all that, but when the trades done, one player is scammed, now poorer than before, and the scammer has a new shiny pile of gold, or another item.

its probably an issue with the new gold trading window. It now has a window to enter how much platinum to trade and a window for how much gold. When I was pulling from storage today, I wanted 1k gold so I kept typing 1000 into the platinum field by accident. Which ended up just moving all of my gold from storage to my inventory.

i have never herd of this and i honestly dont think it is possible. If a person is trading with you, they in no way have access to any part of your storage. they cannot see what is in it, they cannot open it, they cannot do anything to it. Maybe if you friend took all the money out of his bank and misstyped a bit i would understand this but thats not the case now is it

you're sitting behind the monitor of a computer and saying something isn't possible....that's not smart.
