1. All attack the called target.
2. Kill the monk or mesmer first.
3. Don't be a dumbass by attacking the person someone Pacified and called it.
4. Don't run off by your lonesome and expect your healer to heal you.
5. Stick together. Only separate if the party decides to.
6. Bring some form of res, always.
7. Actually use that res when someone dies, not when you are the last one standing.

Even tho i don't play PvP, would add:
- Zoom out so you see what happen around you.
- If two member have same skill, call it when doing it so you don't do it 2 time for nothing(such as 2 aegis at same time)
- Don't have 8 target caller in a party of 8
- Move out of the area of spells such as Maelstorm and Chaos Storm.
- keep an eyes on the top left corner of the screen(by default) for hexes, enchantment and conditions you have on you.
- Go read the definition of Cooperation in the dictionary

Those are things that help in PvE.. and i'm sure also help in PvP

Last one also help in real life

Except in cases where it's counter-intuitive to bring a resurrect, as it means sacrificing an eighth of your skills for a skill with limited use that is easily countered. This is especially true for organised group builds.

Also, depending on the state of play, a class other than Monk or Mesmer could be attacked first. Sometimes it'd be beneficial to go for an Elementalist first, maybe even that Ranger that's singlehandedly ruining everyone's day. Everybody doesn't necessarily have to focus fire, as it's sometimes more effective for a couple of characters to hassle other targets.

I agree with that in some situation it might be good to attack 2 or 3 different target at time. Give heart attack to their monk.. I know it would to me

It could also make two monk heal 1 target by mistake and give you a change to bring the health of another target down by a lot.
