Lately, I've been trying to make a build that uses some tactics, healing, and sword skills. My question is, what have your experiences been like with these 2 skills:
Bonetti's Defense
Description: For 5-10 seconds, you have a 75% chance to block incoming melee attacks. You gain 5 energy for each successful parry. Bonetti's Defense ends if you use a skill.
Energy Cost: 0
Casting Time: 0
Recharge Time: 8 Adrenaline
Skill Type: Stance
Linked Attribute: Tactics
Disciplined Stance
Description: For 5-10 seconds, you gain +24 armor and have a 75% chance to block attacks. Disciplined Stance ends if you use an adrenal skill.
Energy Cost: 10
Casting Time: 0
Recharge Time: 60 seconds
Skill Type: Stance
Linked Attribute: Tactics
Since I have a high amount of Tactics, I'll want Healing Signet. With Disciplined Stance, it will be very good, but with Bonetti's it end the stance. Same with Healing Breeze which I'm planning to use. And also, with Mending (and maybe Essence Bond the monk or Balthazar's Spirit yourself), I'm worried about the energy management. 10 energy is a lot for 1 pip, and with 20 mana, it seems like a lot more too. Bonetti's doesn't have that problem.
Bonetti's Defense pros:
Block 75% of melee/arrows
Get 5 energy every melee block
Adrenaline Cost
Cons:
Ends if I use a skill (Healing Sig/Breeze and my attack skills)
Disciplined Stance Pros:
Block 75% of attacks
+24 armor bonus
Can use Healing Sig/Breeze
Cons:
Still can't use adrenal attack skills
Energy Cost (very big energy cost with Mending on me)
Long Recharge
I know what this is what my build will look like
3 attack skills, Healing Breeze, Healing Signet, Disciplined or Bonetti's, Mending, Resurrect or Balthazar's Spirit or Essence Bond.
Help me out guys and girls. Thanks in advance

Do you plan on going Mo/War or War/Mo? In my opinion get Bonetti's Defense as it will help you generate mana and still allow you to attack. With mending on you if it's a 1v1 you shouldn't have any need to heal while using Bonetti's defense, and if there are many people on you hopefully your priest will be able to keep you alive, especially since you will be blocking most of the attacks coming at you. I had great success with Bonetti's Defense on my Mo/War build, but it was pretty different than yours.

well, both can work together, you just need to know how and when to use them. like, i use bonetti's on my healer monk, which sounds pretty wierd becuase it prevents me from casting anything unless i want it to end, but it works quite well after playing with it on the alpha servers.

Watch Yourself will mitigate 30% of all incoming damage on ya...and you can keep it up more or less always.
AOE..
Not to be forgotten Used it on my Mo/W and it was fun to run over to the other monk being attacked, and using it. Was sure the attacking melee(s) were thinking "huh??". Stopping 30% of incoming damage on one or two monks is uber IMO.
Watch Yourself + Ward of Melee = pitiful melee (pityful??)
If casters fear melee, they should definitely take /w and tactics..
