War/Elementalist (W/Fire vs W/Water)

Hi, i just got my preorder set today, and I'm interested in a Warrior/Elem build (w00t!) Can anyone guide me in the right direction for W/Ele builds?

For PVP, is it better to have a W/Water or W/Fire? I've heard things from both sides. I'm mostly interested in kicking butt. ANy suggestions? If possible, can you please post some builds up that is useful for a W/Water/Fire (given energy constraints)
