Would be fairly easy to implement a plug in for TS and to make some sort of list of the people in the district trying to find a group(eg type /find to put your name on the list)
Would likely be a menu and you could tell from the menu if people have ts or not(via the plug in)
Dunno just a suggestion, expand elaborate flame etc to your hearts content
