Is this a decent hammer?

I'm just wondering if this hammer is worth keeping, or if I should change something. I mainly want to know so I can either make a Warrior to use it(PvP) or if it can sell high(I really really don't know how hammers sell, at all).

I cropped a lot out of it, to make it small enough to fit on the forum. The original mods on it is all of this:
Blunt Dmg: 18-34
Damage +10%
Armor -10(While Attacking)

And I added a Vampiric Haft(3, -1) and a Grip of Warding(+4 Defense Against Elemental Attacks)

where did you get it?

Perdition Rock...if I remember correctly, it fell from the Ether Seal there...(pretty sure it did)

Very nice. If it were a regular old hammer I'd be turned off by that mastery requirement, though. Ten is quite an acceptable number,but people can be picky...
