That's because the damage from kindle arrow counts as damage from a preparation, not an attack.

mineral springs... took me a while to get to the boss but this is my favourite smite skill ever: cause it's so stylish...
at smite 15 its 20seconds with 50dmg... enough to kill zomb rangers without looking at them and the knockdown slows down the enemies attack rate pretty nicely.
i killed several warriors in the arena with it (how stupid are ppl? like pve monsters they didnt stop attacking me ^_^)

I would recomend this skill over retrebution, although it takes long to recharge. It helps more that retrebution, and i also recomend takeing this skill as a W/mo or even a Mo should use this skill to protect themselves.

why would they be joking? I skill capped this and then went to do a little farming. This is a great protect+damage when you're solo W/mo I love it. Combine with balthazar's so you get energy and your smite should be high anyway if u r using both of those. Works nicely. Yes there are better elites out there for a warrior or a monk. But just to change it up a bit and have fun PvP in CA this does actually work too...some people just don't seem to know why they keep getting knocked down...lol!

I saw a Me/Mo with high smiting use it in conjuction with Arcane Echo to cast it on 2 party members (the monk and himself) in the Team Arenas, making it incredibly hard to take down his team. The knockdowns slowed down my team's attacks and made us divert our attention to other, tougher targets besides the monk or mesmer. It's a fun enchantment

I did mean Balth. spirit and thank you for the idea with arch echo. I feel so stupid for not having thought about that combo myself. Might give that one a shot with a mes/monk myself and see how it goes.

There are 5 boss' that spawn here, however having gone and capped this skill a couple of times now(different characters) and been in this area a few times I've noticed that Myd tends to spawn near the top -middle to back of zone. But because there are 5 of them they do switch locations. I started from Granite and used henchies to get there but there always seems to be skill cap groups running from Granite.
