I have black dyeed plate mail ok ?
MY question is , IF i put a red dye on it wiout disolv the black dye before
Will my armor take the color of a (Black/Red) mixing ? or just the color of the red ?
I ask this because when dying storms artifact that are naturally blues , if i put on green on the storm artifact takes the purple color (blue+green)...

I don't think black dyes mix. They just take priority over all colours.

A new dye overwrites all previous dyes, they don't mix. You have to mix the dyes before application.
Items also have a natural base color that the dye is applied on top of, and that influences the final hue that you see.
Black dyes mix with other dyes just fine. You can even mix multiple black dyes into a single mixed dye for a particularly dark hue.

and if you dont know about mixing before applying, you just apply one bottle to the other bottle in yoru inventory

You can't mix two dyes of the same color. You have to mix black + color, then blacks with that mixed dye.
Mixing two dyes of the same color would be pointless anyway.
