I just want the best shield I can get with:

tactics req 7 or lower
*quick recovery from poison(prefered)/or recovery from something
i think 15 armor is possible but something close
anything else is a bonus

*is that possible on 7 req?

I've got:

Tower Shield - AL12, req. 8 strength
Crude Shield - AL12, req. 5 tactics
Reinforced Buckler - AL11, req. 6 tactics
