Guildhalls?

Particular will guildhalls be limited and therefore be a Fortress (or castle) like in lineage2 (for people who are not familar with lineage2) were the defending team defends the castle and the offensive team trys to take over it.Or will it just be a hideout of some sort were everyone can chill at?

I am just wondering hehe..
