Well I finally got sick of the Gwen question so I sent this to ANet

good on you and i am suprise that they haven't done anything about it yet.

i like you have the item and i am keeping it, do it would be nice if they fix it, just hope if they do you can get a reward in the Post and not only the Pre.

by the way, how did you contact them? i go a few things to tell them.

I hope a Tapestry Shred I get with a new character will work if I storage transfer it over to my main character.
