Changing spells for the noob.

I got a couple of new spells and had no luck dropping them down to my bottem menu so that I could use them. I tried double clicking and clicking and dragging but no luck. How is this done?

You can't change skills whilst you're in a mission or explorable area. Only in an outpost/town! Also bear in mind you can only have 1 elite skill equipped at any time!

So when I'm in town, do I drag and drop in to an empty spell slot?

I had the same problems when I first played lol, but once I talked with the skilltrainer in New Ascalon i figured it out by myself

or a full slot and it will replace what is there
