does anyone know if you can get meteor shower from a quest?

Aye. Go to the Ascalon Settlement thats in the quest area near Lion's Arch.

One of the guard captains will give it to you as a quest reward.

You seem to be confused. Meteor Shower is *sold* at Ascalon Settlement, it's not a quest reward at all. Only skills that are sold in major towns will be offered as quest rewards (but not every skill sold at a minor town is a quest reward). If the skill is sold at a minor town/outpost or random guy standing in the middle of nowhere, that skill will never be available as a quest reward.

Yes you can get it from a Quest, no I forget which Quest.

I am out near Ettin's Back or whatever it is called right now, and that is where I noticed it first from a Quest. I am looking for "Heal Other" from a Quest and not having a lot of luck myself! :P

I did notice it being SOLD way way far outside of LA, but I forget where..the Settlement does sound familiar. That is where the guy is standing on a ledge and when you are facing him you are overlooking the land right? If so, hat is where it is sold.

you get meteor from a quest at ettins back from deep root but not meteor shower i dont think, atleast not from ettins.
