If i were to make a war/necro, would that mean that my warrior (do to his tainted necro blood) would take on the "dead" look that im told the necros have?

(sorry if spelling aint right, im dyslexic leave me alone)

There are quite a few threads about this already. "Broad" is pretty...well...broad. It could mean quite a few things. I think the general consensus is that customization is not as "broad" as in some games, but is good enough. There will always be those players that want more, and there will be some (like me) who aren't so concerned about it.

Also remember what was posted on friday of last week, there are more customization features for your character that will be available in the next BWE. I would hope there might be even more available at release. I can do without extravagant customization options as long as they keep the playing field balanced, IMO.
