Say, if I were to poision my arrows and then use hunter's shot to cause bleeding, would it cause both bleeding and poision? Or does the more damaging one override the other?

I've noticed burning and poision or bleeding do stack, though.

Yes, they stack, to a maximum of -10 pips.
