Skills:
1) Apply Poison (availability) - (15,2,12) For 12 seconds, enemies struck by your physical attacks become poisoned for 13 seconds.
2) Hundred Blades (availability) (elite) - (5,0,8) Swing twice at target foe and foes adjacent to your target. This is an elite skill.
3) Sever Artery (availability) - (4a,0,0) If this attack hits, the opponent begins bleeding for 24 seconds, losing health over time.
4) Gash (availability) - (7a,0,0) If this attack hits a bleeding foe, you strike for 10 more damage and that foe suffers a deep wound, lowering that foe's maximum health by 20% for 19 seconds.
5) Storm Chaser (availability) - (10,0,30) For 18 seconds, you move 25% faster, and you gain 4 energy whenever you take elemental damage.
6) Greater Conflagration (availability) - (5,5,60) Create a level 8 Spirit. For creatures within its range, all physical damage is fire damage instead. This Spirit dies after 126 seconds.

i came up with that, its kinda odd, but still. same concept, use aply posion and then use hundred blades, by this time you should have enough adrinaline for server artery, and then bust gash on em.
for energy control i have chosen Storm Chaser.
this way, when combined with Greater Conflagration, you will allmost allways be taking elemental damage if you take damage. and you have great fire resists as it is, so its helping out more than you think.
frezy is to be used when your attacking and not gettin attacked back.
there are flaws here, but it only took me about 10 mins to come up with this.
