Ya, im not getting a new computer, so this is a general question: If someone gets Guild Wars, and then later get a new computer, what happens? Will they need to get a new game, or will it just work like new, so it can easily be burned? Also, if your at a friends house and play Gw, can you still log-in with your account, or will they only be able to use their account on their own computer?

All you need to play guild wars is the client - which you can download from the official site, and an acount that has been granted access to the game by having keys submitted from the game box. Which means if you get a new computer, you will still have that acount. You just need to re-install the client and use your same log-in name and password.
During the BWE I've been able to play with my account on my girlfriends computer without a hitch (as long as she wasn't using it), I just had to enter my e-mail address in the login screen. I'm assuming that two people cannot use the same account at the same time, so your friend would need his own copy of the game, including his account and unique game key.
