Yeah, groups of those bog skates will fight north of the bergen hot springs.

I just thought it was cool that A-net made enemies of yours that were enemies of each other and would fight to the bitter end - sometimes (but not always) ignoring you if you wanted to slip by

ive seen desert minotaurs w/ (let's describe it as) "divided packs"

where a group would be passive to players when you pass them.
and .
another group that totally go hostile when inside player radius.

well.(as ive witnessed a few times) it seems like the "hostile" (group) actually attacks the "passive" (group) when they come into contact w/ each other.

now that's pretty odd....

(also. ettins fight tengus. which is always a 3:1 ratio against the ettins=pwned all the time. id like to c some fairness plz...anahilate those tengus. hehe.)

Plus, you can use these guys to your advantage. In FoW, the Shadow monsters and Skeletons attack each other. Then are realtively close, in the same area. Do the math.

North of hot springs (run past the skeleton rangers north of the exit) there's two groups of ettins fighting two groups of tengus. At 1:1 the ettins destroy the tengus; 7 out of 8 ettins survived. I was soloing, so I trained the ettins back to the undead 'army' northwest of hot springs entrance, my idea being that they could keep the undead busy while I sprinted past towards the Black Curtain..

Nope.

7 ettins have no chance at all against two groups of skeleton rangers, two groups of skeleton mesmers and enchanters, and two groups of grasping ghouls. And a necrid horseman. And two hellhounds. Oh yeah, and a damned cleric.

But it was an interesting fight, and quite easy to set up.

Ye olde England.

When ever I see monsters fighting I usually run in and help the weaker more easy to kill monsters, unless i just want to ignore them all. But what i think would be really cool, is if after helping a group of enemies fight off some other enemies if they allied with you and just didnt attack you and mabey followed you for a bit before going back to their spawning points or whatever.

My stategy is to wait to see who wins then kill the winner.
