In my opinion:sell means sell to merchant
1)sell
2)sell or salvage for ebon
3)sell. (you can farm more in the time it takes to trade this for a decent price)
4) At least 4k because of the chance to salvage +5energy mod
5)Can't say. I'm not that into staves, so I would sell to merchant.

100-300 for the upgrades. If it's up for sale, I might be willing to buy the shocking sword hilt.
