I've been round Perdition rock TWICE and i havent seen this boss anywhere!!! PLEASE HELP as i would really like this elite skill!!!

I've cleared the whole area a few times and he hasn't been there... I think it's kind of bogus that it's random if the Boss will even be there...

No, he's definitely there. But yea, the spawn for him is random. He's a hydra, so look for the spots where hydras might be.

The boss is in left side when you warp from Ember Light Camp. You will see a purple rock or tree that shooting kill this and go to the right where the Jade monster and you will see the boss. This boss is random. if its not there just warp back and go back to perdition rock again. Once you see this boss kill those loser monster and kill the boss last but if you die you will warp then go back to the place and kill those monster until you kill the boss. (WARNING) DO NOT GO BACK IN TO EMBER LIGHT CAMP ONCE YOU DIE!!!... use signet of capture. Bwala!!! Boom!! you get it..
