1. On the skill indicator that tells you what skill the target is using, have a bar under it that shows the progress of activating the skill. This makes it easier to use interruption skills because you will be able to know whether the enemy will finish his skill before you can interrupt it.

2. In PvP, have an "Enemy Status" section similar to the "Party Members" section except it shows the enemy party members' health bars. This would clutter up the screen dramatically in multi-team battles, so you could have a set of check boxes that allow players to choose which enemy teams' status to view. (Players can already view the enemy team's health bars by targeting them, so this isn't giving more information, just helping people view it better.) This idea also solves the problem of, when selecting targets, having to click on all the enemies until you find which one is the monk. You could just look at the enemy status bar and select from there.

3. Have the Party Members status section display all of the following: the health bar, the energy bar, the amount of Death Penalty/Morale Boost, and icons for all the Conditions, Hexes, and Enchantments the character is suffering.

4. Have the lines and minimap pings that players draw on the minimap be color coded by the player that is drawing them. Often, several people on the team draw different things on the minimap at the same time, and without knowing who is drawing what it is difficult to understand what is being communicated.
