Where to find Bags...

sorry if this is a repeat, i searched and couldnt find anything...

I my main inventory bag, a belt pouch, and another one of those smaller bags that hold 5-10 items. I was wondering if you guys knew where i could another of the smaller bags so i would have 2.

Yaks bend sells bags. And runes of holding to increase the size to 10 slots.

Ascalon City has bags as well.

Once again - Ascalon City only has bags AFTER you have attempted the Nolani Acadamy mission (which would take you to Yaks Bend if you were successful)

That can't possibly be true since I have been able to buy bags with my last two characters that have entered Ascalon City and before they had even done any missions. As a matter of fact, both of my last characters bought bags in Ascalon as one of the first things that they did in Post-Searing.

After you complete it once you can get bags there, regardless of char.

I can get expert salvage kits too, it seems to "unlock" them in a sense.

One of my guildmates was with me when his first character entered Ascalon City for the first time. He bought both of his bags from there right away. He borrowed the gold from me in order to do so. This was his first character that he ever played let alone reached post-searing with.

Also, my first character bought bags in Piken Square before ever doing any missions. He also bought both ruins of holding in PS right afterwards.

I'm not sure about the bags, I was more talking about expert salvage kits.

EDIT: I lied, there is 2 merchants in ascalon, 1 sells bags, 1 doesn't.

And neither sell Expert Salvage Kits either.

well, I dont know what they are doing then. I have made a few alts and everyone had to wait before being able to buy bags and expert salvage kits.

you're talking to the wrong merchent then....there are two merchents in ascalon...one of them has always sold bags.

yep one merch has bags one doesnt, i think its the guy that has bags and the chick that doesnt

ya I know, but I dont even go to the lower level one anymore, he has nothing I want, so I only use the other one (the one by the dye trader)

I know I can get expert salvage kits.

Either it's unlocked or they got sick of people trying to sell them for a profit.

well it has been a little while since my last alt went through searing, (before the last patch but after the one before it). I have another alt that will be going through again soon so I will just check again. Maybe I just missed it with my last one.

No one in Ascalon City sells ESKs to any of my characters. If it is possible to buy them there could someone please confirm and explain how? Thank you.

I know all of my chars that are currently in Post searing Ascalon can buy the expert salvage kits, the merchant is next to the dye trader/material trader/rare material trader (in that area). If you are not in Post Searing you can not get an expert salvage kit.

I bought ESK way b4 I got to Yak's Bend with my first char... I think you're talking to the wrong trader.

Piken Squre has ESK I know that for a fact because I got some with my new character lastnight. You can get bags from Ascalon, just have to talk to the guy merchant.

Oh, and Piken Squre is the camp North West of Ascalon, the first city zone you probably will encounter if you're doing skill quests.
