Getting Kicked Out

I get kicked out when I do certain things(like sell stuff) and it brings up a blue screen that explains about BIOS memory and other stuff that I dont understand :P It also mentions this file ialmdd5.DLL Anyone know whats wrong? I can post the whole message if you need it. Thanks in advance

Anyone know whats wrong?

Machines Specs and OS and Modem/Router details and ISP. This will help shorten the list of posts that arrive trying to help solve it.

Thanks for the help. But I figured out whats wrong, I just needed to upgrade my Driver.
