It gives you +24 health.

I know its not perfect, or the very top, but thats enough to survive a few hits

I have a reserve, and if its not met I'll just add this onto my rare bow.

My new dream weapon:

Gold Fortitude Storm Bow of Fortitude
15-28 dmg
+15% dmg when health > 50%
Health +30
Health +30

^ that's like a superior vigor... on your weapon o_O

There isn't a bow string of fortitude, you mean bow grip.
