Ranger/necro pets

I wanted to know how it would work being a ranger/necro i love pets and wented to know if you were able to have more then one and whats the cap of pets you can have also i wanted to know if you can have more then one pet whats the best build to have a ranger pet with necro minions all out and still be ok ranged fighter.

also are there any guides on how skills work such as a char builder that will tell me what skills i get and such

ranger pets and necro "pets" are different categories..You can have a ranger pet(one) and necro minions ( multiple dead things you can temporarily summon). The max on minions?. I am not sure about.

There are guides..do a thread search and you will find them...I personally don't use character build engines.

One thing that you should keep in mind is that ranger pets are permanent unless you give them away while necro pets are temporary. Your ranger pet might die, but even if you don't resurrect it, it will return to you alive and well in the next mission or explorable area that you enter. You only get to have one ranger pet at a time.

Necro pets, however, are temporary in the sense that their health undergoes a study degeneration. Their life will slowly sap away over time until they die. I haven't heard of any limits on necro minions so far, since you raise necro "pets" from corpses. In the screenshots section of this forum, there's a nice picture of an army of minions.
