Does flourish (warrior elite skill) recharge every skill, including those adrenaline-based skills? And does flourish give you energy for all attack skills including those already charged? or does it only give you energy for skills that need to be charged? Anyone?
No, it only recharges attack skills, not every skill. Not only that, what would the point be? Lowering the timing of your combo to use it again? You would be better served by using arcane mimicry and just leaving the second for when you need it again.
