this really isnt that good. slower for 5 seconds. ooh! water trident might be harder to get but is definitely better than this imho

I would truly admire whoever able to make this skill worth to have inside your skill bar. :/copy:

Exhaustion
Require to have higher energy
Short side effect duration
Suffer for being a hex against hex breaker, natural renewal, shatter hex, etc.
Recharge does not make up for the low damage dealing

Just use shard storm...

to simply put it, this skill sucks.

I dont see anything elitish about this skill...zzz

Update 9/29: increase slow down from 66% to 90%

Anyone not using this with mael storm/meteor shower is missing a really really big deal.

Soooooooooooooo slow. You might as well not bother. A hilarious elite now. Im going off to debate this over water trident, the former water elite solo-worth it..... actually it probably still is but..... 90%!!!!!!!!

Ice prison though if you really need it.

I actually did test this compare to water trident... as it turn out... it really really depends. Sometimes, shit just happen... such as you find out you have less energy than the target, then your mind freeze do like nothing.

Water trident on another hand... is actually harder to use. You have to snare the guy first, then mael storm, and then you can water trident... but if your initial snare fail, your mael storm + water trident will give you minimal effect.

For mind freeze, all you need to do is glyph of lesser energy the mael storm (making sure u got more energy) and mind freeze the guy right away, then throw a couple water spell in... you just solo a monk. hex breaker give some trouble thou... u probably want a few cheap hex spam for it (watch for the round ball appear above their head when activating hex breaker... should be obvious).

It was abit harder for me to solo a monk with water trident (requires more attention). On the other hand, it was much harder for me to use mind freeze if the game dragged... (low energy)

Pick your trade, can't have both ways.

i think 66% slower movement sucks bad... 90% is gayer but for exhaustion not worth it...


if im moving 66% slower im useless as a warrior deeep freeze frozen burst ice prison id rather have ele attument and never run outta energy rather than see someone be 24% slower
