Lvl 11 Air El/mo when will i get better skill than Light Jav?

I've heard Air Elementalist are pretty good, but so far I only have Light Javelin to use for air spells, which isn't too great. When/where will I get better skills? I think i'm to the town Nolian something like that and haven't found any quests that give me better elem spells. Anyone have any idea where or when i can get better spells? Like light orb or actually anything other than sucky Light jav?

i stay fire based until i get conjure lightning and chain lightning...

Wait until the Maguuma Area to switch elements. There aren;t enough air/water spells before that.

Lions Arch, I have Lightning Strike, Lightning Javlin and I think I bought Enerveting Charge, not sure whether I got it from a quest or bought it.

3 Missions after the Nolani Mission should bring you there, I went there through the EAs, therefore I don't know for sure.

You get Enervating Charge from Grendich Courthouse.
