can anyone tell me a good spell list to use on the mirrior image for a me/n please i cant beat him hes owning me and its horrible

I owned by mirror within 6 seconds. Yes, about 5-6 seconds.
Cast "Backfire" and then pray to god he/she won't use the same skill on you.
Bring some crap spells with you and woalla, he/she just killed itself with backfire

So you're half Necromancer eh?... Put on all your blood offering skills, have him kill himself. When I took my ranger through, I noticed how the computer always summons spirits with ranger type characters. Equipped a lot of summon skills, add poison and penetrating attack, owned him in about 5 seconds because of his insistance on summoning every spirit that I had equipped him with. =) Give blood offerings a try, see what happens.

lol there is a easier strategy for rangers, for some reason if u run right up to ur ranger mirror he will pull out a chaos axe... yeah I was shocked too, so all you have to do is equip ur bar with all ur arrow only damage adding skills or shots, and get all up in his grill...

Cast backfire then empathy and then do nothing else. It will die in under 10 seconds everytime. Make sure you load other junk spells too.

Yeah, I was thinking that Mesmer would be one of the easier classes to use in finishing him off.

The way I did it (since I KNEW he was going to hex me, being a mesmer) was to use "Shatter Hex" and do a kamikaze run. Since my domination skills are my forte, it took down 100 health off him. Couple that with empathy and backfire and your mirror image does more damage to himself than to you .

Well...I did this as a Necromancer, and it worked really well...got he bonus on my first try with like 4 seconds to spare lol.

Since I knew I'd be battling my mirror self, with NO OTHER characters (enemy or ally) around, I filled up my bar with curses, death, and blood magic spells which took time to cast, but did no inherint effect. For examples, I put Mark of pain on the list, which says if the target (me) takes physical damage (something that a staff doesn't do), all adjacent allies (which are none) take x amount of damage. Stuff like that. Then I just kept attacking him as normal with just my staff. He'd cast all these spells that were on me, just didn't do anything to affect me myself. While he took the time to do all that, I just attacked and attacked until I won . Worked good for me, probably one of the easiest ways to do it.

good thing im a Ranger/Mesmer i can use Backfire/Empathy then bring nature rituals

Nature Rituals don't count as spells, so if you cast backfire on him it would be pretty pointless.

haven't fought mirror with a Me, but just equip backfire and load your bar full of crappy ( and useless ) skills. Cast it before him, and he's gonna kill himself, just avoid his arrow, and cast backfire on him as soon as you can ( make sure you aren't under backfire yourself )

I was so scared when I took my E/Mo in to fight. I must've killed him in 10 seconds, though. He cast firestorm at the same time I casted fireball, I moved out of the way of storm and casted meteor shower, which kept knocking him down, and then one more fireball roasted him.

Insidious Parasite - Hex Spell
For 8-18 seconds, whenever target foe hits with an attack, you steal 5-17 Health from that foe

Enfeeble - Spell
Target suffers from weakness for 5-17 seconds.

Empathy - Hex Spell
For 8-18 seconds, whenever target foe attacks, that foe takes 10-26 damage.

Keep your mirror all time hexed.. just stand still (do not attack him) Your mirror will mindlessly attack you all time regardless of all hexes on him. Just watch him killing himself and have fun
