At least it's truly godly in my opinion. I guess it is somewhat limited with the requirement, but I imagine most artifacts of this power have this problem. Might be great for any hydromancer, particularly PvP since water has 25% armor penetration. Anyway, lookin for how much I should be selling it for, and I guess I'll take an offer if you want it. PM or post, w/e. Chaos herald in GW.

im sorry but i fail to see how that is godly in any way, 23 energy with -1 energy regen aint that great, i have seen that +11 -1 regen with other mods sell for less then 5k. Im guessing this is around 3k tops.

23 extra energy would seem to be enough to effectively negate the -1 energy, unless some number crunchers want to prove that wrong. Maybe I was wrong in my opinion, that's the whole reason I cam here to ask.

Godly means perfect. If yours was +15 +12 energy -1 energy regen. you would have the right to call it godly.

Then truly I am not the only one at fault here, there are plenty passing off Gold +12 energy +5 armor artifacts as Godly. Regardless of what to call it, how much can I get for it?
