Where are these places?

I've just spent the last hour just me and little thorn, getting from Bergen hot springs to the Temple of Ages...because the oh-so-useful map on this site, told me there was a skill trainer there. So I finally arrived, after getting through the final area without aggro-ing any enemies, to find the skill trainer did not exist. I was not happy.

The only other place (apparently) that I can get Verata's Sacrifice is a place called Copperhammer Mines. Where is it? I've heard its in the Southern Shiverpeaks, but how exactly do i get there?

Also, does anyone know where The Amnoon Oasis is?
