I recently made a DoT build but i am nout sure about hexes since i have never ran a build like this. I will post it later at fireside after making changes i recieve from the answer

1. Do hexes stack?

2. If so is there a limt to how many i can place on 1 guy?

3. Can multiple people put multiple hexes on the same guy at a time?

4. Can i have 1 hex running on 2 people at the same time? for example putting Conjure Phantasm on Player A and then once the cooldown is up putting it on Player B while the other is still running.

Newb questions but ty for answering (if you do)

1) So long as they are differnet Hexes they will stack

2) Not that I know of, one of my Guildmates had 2 full lines of Hexes, Conditions, and Enchantments.

3) Again as long as they are different Hexes.

4) Yes, you can cast the same hex on the entire team if you cna find a way to cast it that many times.

Yews, but only different ones. You can, for example, have Life Syphon and Conjure Phantasm on the same target. But you cant have two Life Syphons on the same target (only the timer would nerest), even if different people cast it.

This is good news for me ty

In my build i have crippling anguish and imagined burden both of these hexes cause 50% slower speed and anguish also causes damage. If i used these both at once would the target stop moving (that would be funny) or will only 1 of the slow effects happen?

What is 50% of 50% I believe that would be 25% so yes they would be moving but very, very slowly.

There's a cap as too how much you can slow someone's movement and attack rate. With movement I think only the highest value is taken (in your case, the enemy will only move 50% slower).

50% of 50% is 25% rofl how stupid am I? I need to go back to 5th grade math!

i am going to kick myself for not seeing that(if i can)

I think hotsnack may be right though. But in any case i don't think i will be using both htose spells at once.

something to remember about DoTs:
you could only have a max of 10 pips affecting you either way, even if hexes/conditions stack to more than that. if you cast Conjure Phantasm, -5 pips, Life Siphon, -3 pips, then poisoned that target, -4 pips, that would only lead to -10 pips of degeneration. however, if a healer cast Healing Breeze on him, +7 pips, he would still be at -5 pips instead of -3 pips. at least that is how i understand it. each pip is only 2 hp/s btw..
