I am looking to buy a good tactics shield with a req of 9 or lower. must be max armor (16) and have some +to health while enchanted. other mods will be good too. depending on how good the shield is, i will pay up to 5k

also wtb a furious sword hilt for cheap (doesnt have to be uber)
and a sword pommel of fort (20-25 health)
