hehe, this is almost the exact staff i have except mines doesnt have the health +28. instead it has energy +5 and the damge is 11-21. here is how my looks like

Energy +10
Fire Damage 11-21 (Req 9 Fire Magic)
Improves Casting speed (chance 8%)
Energy +5
Armor +7 (vs Physical Attack)

oh, and i dont plan on selling it any time soon

12K for a 28hp staff hale is a good price.

12K X 33% chance to salvage = 4k.

and i think it is more likely to be 40% chance.

yes i agree

alot of the things here are. the worst part is what im looking for i have not even seen for sale on these boards yet.

If i extraced the +28 Health i could get more for that than the nice staff as is is now and that just sad

overall its a nice staff though not the best but with that thing you can tank alittle if you need with the health and +7 armor. and as a elemental/monk i would farm solo alot and notice the +7 armor to be a great deal of help when soloing
