Are there any Upgrades made for canes?
and if so are there any that will help out a mesmer?
I have been playing for some time now, but i havn't ever seen an upgrade for a cane...

Canes do not have any upgrades. The only ugprades they may get are those already on the item. Two-handed staffs can get upgrades, however.
