There is a witch profession?
Just messing with you.
I enjoyed playing the Wa/Mo, but I havent tried PvP yet. However most people will tell you, myself included, that you should play with whatever appeals to you, not what's mainstream. There is no ultimate build!!!

Ooh Haha, I thought this had to do with the NPC Charrs.

all kinds of professions are great. no doubt.
but however different people . someone says :"i cant play with Ranger/Warrior" "coz my favorite is (for example) w/mo"

From what i hear, ANet did a good job keeping the professions Equal.
Just make a build that you most like.

Yeah any combo can yield a good and effective build, it's the skills you decide to use that make the difference.

and what kind of build "you all most like" ?
ratatass
It is as said. Play what you like.
I like playing a Warrior/Mo. It is great for soloing and if group is in great trouble they can be a life saver.
I do ending up playing a Monk 90% of the time, because I never recieve any healing if I try any of the other professions.
It is hard to find groups in PvP and PvE that try working as a team and thereby maximizing your charachters ability, ie you don't have to build a " Jack of All Trades".
What I would really like ? R/W for PvE with a Pet - but I need a monk to back me up...so it wont happen
The answer is alway though - Play what you like! All builds work!

I played W/MO the last BWE a nd enjoyed it for it was great for soloing. However, I may try a W/Nec or W/Ele this BWE to get practice for PVP or GVG battles that require me to be a "tank".
Virtuoso
My strongest character was my Mo/War. I regularly took on 2+ people and won.

I enjoyed playing my W/Mo, W/E. Me/W, R/E, E/anything, I seem to be able to play them all with competence, but I probably play the W/Mo the best since it's not very hard to do so. W/E would be second.
Perishiko ReLLiK
I really love my warrior necro, with blood sword and strength... it works well for me, and i didnt need a good weapon to be good... i had a great time with pvp and pve, didnt have to switch up skills between them, although it might of helped, guess it's all up to experimenting...

I have two that I enjoy playing and am somewhat adept in, they are Warrior / Monk and Pyromancer / Ranger.
The W/M is almost unbeatable in PvE and is ok for Tank work in PvP depending on how the party is set up.
The pyromancer is strictly a PvE build and can hold up pretty well.
The main thing in my humble opinion, is to have fun, play what you want to play not what someone else says is the best, find your own "best" after all it is just a game.

Yeah like me, the Necromancer primary pretty much blows from what I hear but I'am always Necromancer and wont change just due to some opinions. Play what you played in recent games and what you enjoyed, because they are most likely similar.

I am apparently a rare breed... I LIKE to play monk, I like keeping my team alive and kickin'.... Go figure..
As for secondary, I haven't settled on that yet.. I liked mo/el, using glyphs, I enjoyed mo/me using energy-gain stuff, I liked mo/war using stances for added protection (bonetti's defense is pretty sweet) mo/nec was nice, used offering of blood (that 13en in 1/4 sec saved more lives than you can imagine) The only one I haven't tried is mo/ran, haven't really looked into that, we'll have to see

SereneD
I like to play Warrior or Ranger as primary. I like being a hard target, low priority target. I am terrible at playing primary healer. I have tons of respect for anyone able to play that role.
I'll most likely play a Ranger/Necro -disrupting archer.

"Ok Monk, hang behind the rest of us and keep us alive"
"Will do"
*Battle ensues, Monk runs in and starts slashing*
"wtf? Get behind us and heal us!"
*Monk dies*
"ARGH!"
*Death of team ensues*

first of all, You is not spelled U! secondly, the "which" you're refurring to is spelled "w-h-i-c-h" not "witch" as in "burn the witch!"
now to your question. i can't answer it for you. there is not "Strongest" profession that can kill stuff the best. they all have strengths and weaknesses both in PvP and PvE. if you just want to kill shit like crazy, get the "glass cannon" the elementalist. incredible damage. crappy defense. get someone to stand between you and the enemy and you can pummel them with highly damaging spells from afar. but all professions are great at what they do. Mesmers for instance don't do a whole lot of damage. At least not compared to others. But I feel unsafe on a PvP team without one. They stop casters in their tracks.

Oh... MY strongest? I like Ranger/Mesmer the most so far. It's awesome. I never thought I'd pity enemy casters.

I think being a Ranger/Monk would be cool. It was actually the first combo I thought of. I could shoot from a distance and heal melee's from a distance. Also Ranger/Elementalist or Ranger/Mesmer sounds cool. I just want to be a ranger because I preordered and am getting the bow from EB Games.
Kha
Strongest has to either be my R/W or my E/N.

I play pyromancer/mesmer. Quite a lethal combo in the pve (since the enemies just stand there and take the double firestorms like a man ).
I mainly chose pyromancer because I like to burn things...

Nec/E
But that is because of level. If I keep up my Me/R or my Mo/Me either of them should be good, they kick ass at the low level they are right now.

My strongest? By level, it's my Mes/Rang at 14. My lvl 11 War/Elem is tougher/better armored. It's just too early to tell just how "strong" any of my characters can/will be, depending on how good I can get at directing them. Just as the developers have stated, SKILL will be the overiding factor in just how strong any one character is. MY skill level is fairly anemic, at this point, so it follows that my characters are, also.
