Air ele/Illusion Mes

1) Lightning Strike
2) Elemental Attunement
3) Air Attunement
4) Lightning Orb
5) Arcane Echo
6) Blinding Flash
7) Chain Lightning
8) Conjure Phantasm

Air Magic : 15

Illusion Magic : 10

Energy Storage : 7 (not sure)

OK this is my order:

Air Attunement and Elemental Attunement

Arcane Echo

Lightning Orb once

Then phantasm

Then spam lightning orb over and over again...

What can I do to improve this build?

boost ur ES to 10 instead of 7, I say this because in most ele builds 10 energy storage is a must from waht ive seen.
