I heard that for each hall ther is a special bonus for that hall and I would like to know what it is. My guild, Tricore, Just got the isle of the dead guild hall and I would like to know what bonuses of any there are.

It's possible it's just a rumor or I'm just un-aware of this. I've never heard of it and just from my knowledge there isn't one. The only thing unique about the halls that I know of is the scenery and terrain.

Yes there are differences and bonuses. But they are set up to be balanced. They can either hurt or help your team. The problem is finding out what those are. I myself have been searching for information on the halls, and it has been hard to find a good resource on them. Some have catapults, others have healing water or poison water. Burning isle has liquid hot magma. For some reason though, when you tour the island these all of these effects are not there. The only effect I know that is present is the frozen isle where the ice slows you down.
