During the course of the development of Guildwars, have the Pc specs changed. Cause last time, on the World Preview Event and the E3 for Everyone i could play Guildwars with everything on High. And that looked Awesome, one of the reasons why guildwars rules so much

See the FAQ.
It goes on to list the alpha test requirements. They're identical to the requirements they stated at the time of the WPE.

the only major change to the game engine that i could think of was the graphics overhaul that occured prior to e3e. everything has been running fairly the same since then for me.

Cyberzomby, remember alot has gone into the game since then and yet, some 500 megs of files are supposed to not be required with the game release. What I am saying is, wait till the release, it might just be those extra files or maybe you updated something like drivers or such since the E3 Everyone event.
I know some people have complained about recent nvidia driver updates. You might wanna go back a couple before next beta and see if that solves the problem. With my pci 5200 fx I am running 61.76 I think. I can't run it all on high cause of my processor (1.3ghz celeron) but no lag for what I do run (1024x768 medium-to-high quality w/zero anti-aliasing). I am sure yours will do much better considering your processor. Try the drivers first.
