Focus Items requiring Smiting Prayers

I've been searching for a focus item for my W/Mo that requires smiting prayers, and I haven't had any luck besides the collector next to Ambassador Zain in Post Searing Ascalon. Do any of you know if any of the collectors have one, and if so where and what items the collector trades for?

I'd perfer one that has an energy bonus better than +6, but I'm not sure they exist.
