Wheres a good collector for shield

I need a good shield but I don't know what colelctor gives a good one im lvl 20 and at draknors the iron mine or whatever its called after draknors forge. Could anyone tell me wher eI can find a collector to trade me one?

Most collector north of camp rankor are pretty decent... I think someone made something about collector location... maybe search around the forum.

Either the Armor:12 +45/-2 while enchanted or the Armor: 16 +45/-2 while in a stance are good.
