I'm going to code an attribute calculator, but I just wanted to get all the logic straight before hand. I've searched the forums and this is what I've come up with so far:

So my specific questions are this:
1. What is the max level you can raise a skill to? Just 12, or can it go higher.
2. If it can go higher, how much does it cost for lvl13,14,15 etc...?
3. How many points do you receive per level. I know it's lvl2 you get 2, lvl8 you get 8, etc... But how does it work after 10? Better yet, does anyone know what the total amount of skill points you have per level?
4. I heard that the total amount of points you can have is 200. True?
5. I heard rumors about some +15 skill point quests. This true? Does that mean at lvl20 without those quests your total is 170, and you can raise it to 200 with those quests?

Here's what I know:
1&2. You can raise a skill with attribute points to a maximum of 12. Counting in headgear (+1) and a Superior rune (+3) you can get a skill up to 16, if you try.
4. Yep, 200 total attribute points.
5. There are two +15 point quests, but these are included in that 200 max total. You'll only get 170 points by leveling. So you've essentially got it all right.

Thanks, that helps a ton. I just now need to figure out how many attrib pts you get per level, and what the total/level you have.
Right now, if you get 1 for level 1, 2 for level 2.... 5 for level 5.. etc.. up to level 10 it looks like this:

I you get 5 points for each level from levels 1 - 9, 10 points for 10-14, and 15 for 15-20. I don't feel like making a table, but I'm sure you can add them up for each level yourself.
Er, at least, I think that's right. That also adds up to 170... now that I think about it, I may be wrong about levels 1- 9. It's been a while.
