[Price Check] Upgrades

I'm not sure if I want to sell any of these yet but I still have every upgrade i've gotten since I started and wanted to see how much they would sell for, so any help would be appreciated.

dmg +10% to dwraves

13: Staff wrapping of warding
armour +4 vs elem

14: Staff wrapping of illusion magic
Illusion magic +1 10% when using skill

15: Sword pommel of defence
Armour +4

16: Sword pommel of fortitude
Health +21

From what I've had seen, upgrades usually go for between 300-1000. Most of the upgrades that I have bought and sold went between 300-500. As for defense upgrades, like those with armor +4, I have never sold one because nobody wants it. It's like worthless.
