Notepad Function

This was brought up earlier, however, I thought I'd bring it up with a more broad base of functionality seeing as I really do believe it would be a great new feature.

Basically, the idea is for an In-game notepad. Ideally, just a blank, window opened through Menu or a Short-cut key which you can type whatever you like on.

I can't count how many times I've wanted to write things down in-game, or leave notes for myself for next time I log on.

Yes! This is a great idea. I hate having to find paper or alt-tab in order to remember something.
