Has anyone had any success?

Personally I find my flame eye to be an eye sore. So I was wondering if I could change it.

I'm most interested in results of dying it black. Other ways to make changes are also cool.

Doesn't work, I tried dying my flame's eye green to match my Green Goblin Pyro armor.

They should enable an option that allows us to not show the headgear
