Co-op combo War/Nec and Mo/Ra

Just a few questions to figure out where I want to go with the War/Nec build. With Hundred Blades, how long does the attack take? Does it all take place in the time 1 normal attack would take? See, I'm wondering if it would be worth grabbing Flourish simply so I can do another HB quickly? Flourish takes 2S to cast, so it would have to be worth more than just one additional attack with HB (i.e more than one enemy). But anyway, will Mark of Pain be a good hex to build around? With HB only doing 75% damage, and the rangers dual shot doing the same, we should kill everything else close before the hexed creature right? OR possibly even heal the hexed creature to keep our damage distributor alive. This is obviously for PvE since no one is going to stand around someone hexed with MoP.

The other route I am considering going is more of a conditions build taking advantage of the rangers poison or burning, possibly adding weakness, disease, or any of the conditions that a warrior can add and maybe Victory is Mine.
