Is there a Character Builder program for GW, so I can mess around with it and try and figure out what I'm gonna try to do with my characters?

check out the thread about that in our forums Auh you jsut became a member so you werent able to see them before theres a link to one of these builders and they are lots of fun.

I use the Team Builder program for doing individual builds as well- it's pretty easy to use. It's nice in that Cain keeps it up-to-date and it shows the effects of your skills at the appropriate attribute levels and such.

another tool for character builds
example:
All purpose trapper
register at the site in order to have the ability to save / load your builds
