Dragon Incarnate
What are you playing? PvP or PvE? If PvP you can choose Minion Master and it will automatically give you some Necro/Mesmer skills...
Kuku Monk
Why do people ask this stuff? If you know what you are doing it is good, just like any other build would be. Form your own opinion about it instead of bowing to the mercy of everyone else's beliefs.

keep in mind that you can change your 2nd proffession later in the game so you want to make sure that the primary proffession you pick is the most important becasue to change that you need to start from square one.

N/Me is really fun actually. I just started one (I'm up to about Nolani). Im using death magic (deathly swarm, putrid explosion (so good), animate bone minions, soul feast, vile touch. and then im using a bit of domination magic; backfire (must have), and chaos storm. I can also incorporate energy burn. However for now I'm just mastering death magic and its working very well. The only downside is that to heal if you dont have a monk, you must kill a monster. Not so great if you're attacking a boss or a couple hard guys. You could also use ether feast though if you wanted to.
The build you listed is kinda all over the place. It is best to keep to 1 or 2 skill trees (usually 1 early game with your spare points at each level put into a secondary, i put mine into soul reaping for obvious reasons.)

Not early game though. Earlier in the game you'd want to focus on maxing one, and then change to another while dishing your side points into a 3rd.

I finished the main story line with one - after Riverside I find that I'm changing skills between allmost every mission or area depending on the group and the enemys.
I usually top up Dom and either Curse or Blood with som sprinkles in other attribs or SR.
Having 16p Curses in a group with many warriors is NICE
